About MIT Exchange

MIT Exchange is a free buy/sell marketplace built for the MIT community. The goal is to give students, alumni, and affiliates a single place to post items for sale or find things they need, instead of searching through scattered group chats.

This is a passion project. There are no fees, no ads, and no plans to monetize. It's built to be useful, and it will stay free.

The site connects buyers and sellers but does not process payments or guarantee any transactions. All deals happen off-platform, however buyers and sellers arrange them.

MIT Exchange is an independent student project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MIT.

If you run into a bug or have feedback, use the Report button on any listing to reach the site admin. And if you find the site useful, the best thanks is posting your next item here.
